Meet Brice

I help startups turn ideas into shipped products and aligned teams. I’m comfortable jumping in as your hands-on product manager while also acting as a strategic partner to the founding team.My superpower is getting cross-functional groups to row in the same direction and at the same rhythm—connecting strategy, product, and execution.I bring 20+ years in technology consulting (Esri Canada, T4G) and 5+ years in startup leadership across HealthTech (HomeEXCEPT, The Rounds) and ClimateTech (agkinex, Klima Foundation, Carbonmark) and other domains, working at the intersection of product, operations, and team building. I’m a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and Kanban Management Professional (KMP).

  • Stand up KPIs, dashboards, and simple operating cadences

  • Lead strategic or cross-functional initiatives (e.g., new product lines, integrations, GTM motions)

  • Support fundraising, investor updates, and board materials

  • Improve processes across product, engineering, and operations
